This saucepan has straight sides and a tight-fitting lid for preparing sauces and reductions and for cooking grains, vegetables and hot cereals.

Each piece is constructed with an induction-compatible stainless steel exterior, durable 18/10 stainless steel cooking surface and a triple-aluminum core that provides best heat retention and spreads heat evenly, eliminating hot spots.
